Keep It Cool!

It's been one of those days when nothing quite works out the way you had planned! What do you do to clear your mind when you are feeling out of sorts? For me, all it takes is a walk around the block in the fresh air (I have memories of my grandma trying to force me outside "to enjoy the fresh air" turns out she was on to something!) You will feel cool, calm & collected in no time!
